REFUND RETURN
POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy (7 days from date of delivery) on manufacturing faults only, for unopened and unused products, soley at our own discretion. Should the returned items be accepted we will send a replacement shipment the following working day.

Refunds are given at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis:

First protocol: the item is returned and a replacement is issued and sent back to the customer.

A refund will be issued if the item in question is unavailable or out of stock.

No returns or refunds will be considered if the product has been opened, used, or intentionally damaged in any way whatsoever.
